The ideal candidate will have experience in designing commercial buildings and must be able to create a 3D model with textures and colors.

Responsibilities: - Create a 3D model of the convenience store with drive-thru and gas station. - Apply textures and colors to the building design to create a realistic look and feel. - Overlay the building design over a google earth view for the final look. - Ensure that the building design meets all local building codes and regulations. - Collaborate with the project team to ensure that the design meets all project requirements and specifications. - Revise the design based on feedback from the project team.
