We are looking for an experienced Lumion professional to complete a set of renders and 3D walkthrough for 2-4 projects we currently have underway (either in the design stage or under construction). We are looking to use these as promotional material. You will work in collaboration with our Architect and Technician to complete these projects. This contract could potentially lead to multiple other projects in the future. Must be experienced with Lumion, and ideally have a generally understanding of Autodesk Revit.

For each project/phase we will require the following 2 x Exterior Still Renders 2 x Interior Still Renders 1 x Interior Walk-through clip - 30 seconds long, of 3 or more key interior spaces

Experience in making architectural design is a bonus To be a best fit for this project you need: Ability to communicate clearly Dedication to meet project deadlines in a timely manner Attention to details Knowledge of interior design is a plus

We note that we will receive 3 revisions for each unit as listed below 1. Interior style selection and adjustment including furniture and furnishings 2. Exterior colour and Materials Agreement 3. Landscaping Mockup and Environment
