How it started...
My Story
At the onset of 2021, amidst the quarantine period induced by the Covid-19 pandemic, I embarked on a freelance architectural endeavor on Upwork. Within a year, through the creation of high-quality work at competitive rates, the demand for our services surged, prompting the establishment of my own architectural studio named 'INTJ Studio,' comprising six core members.
Over the course of more than two years, we have successfully executed 118 projects spanning 12 countries globally, consistently earning the highest levels of satisfaction and positive acclaim from our clientele. In the forthcoming years, our strategic vision entails a continued expansion of the studio, with an unwavering commitment to delivering unparalleled value to customers across the globe
The Mission
Approachable design from anywhere in the world
Our mission is to create inclusive and accessible products, services, and environments for everyone, irrespective of abilities, background, or circumstances. We prioritize a holistic approach, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and empowering user experience for all, not just a specific subset.
The Journey
From "Upwork" to Independent Studio
As the firm grows, the focus shifts to managing projects, building a team, and providing exceptional service to clients. It requires a mindset shift from being solely focused on the work to also managing the business side of things. The journey from freelancer to independent firm can be rewarding and fulfilling, but it requires dedication, hard work, and a willingness to take risks and learn along the way.
