Client's Requirements
  • Total Area: 12,470 sqm, with 6,000 sqm designated for construction (green area on the map).
  • Protected Zone: Construction limited to the green area due to environmental protection regulations.
  • Entrance: Located where marked "Reja" (red mark) with separate entry and exit paths for both pedestrians and vehicles.
  • Parking: Surrounds the construction area, marked with a blue line, outside the green area.
Masterplan
  • Provide an overview masterplan with clearly labeled zones/areas.
  • Include dimensions for each labeled area.
  • Include placement of entrance and exit paths for both pedestrians and vehicles.
  • Parking layout surrounding the construction area.
Welcome Area
  • Container: One 40 ft container for storage, beverage sales, and guest check-in/check-out.
  • Seating: 4-5 seating areas.
  • Public Restroom: Include a public restroom.
  • Logo Display: Prominently display the complex's logo at the entrance and the welcome area.
Padel Area
  • Courts: 4 padel courts, each with an independent roof.
  • Seating: Seating areas for players and guests at each court.
  • Referee Chairs: One referee chair per court.
Tennis Area
  • Courts: 2 tennis courts.
  • Seating: Seating areas for players and guests at each court.
  • Referee Chairs: One referee chair per court.
Gel Blaster Area
  • Arena Layout: Include 28 pieces of cover on the field, evenly distributed between both sides.
  • Protection: Surround the arena with netting to protect outside guests.
  • Seating: Seating areas for guests to view the games.
  • Referee Areas: Special protected areas within the arena for referees.
